She has been a university professor in addition to a management and technology consultant who became involved in her profession to stay up-to-date with a fast-paced environment of technology, and she attributes her success to her personal drive and commitment to excellence.
Dr. Walker received a doctorate in business and curriculum and instruction from The University of Tennessee in 1980. She is a member of Women in Technology, Inc., and enjoys machine embroidery and traveling in her spare time. In years to come, Ms. Walker aims to establish her separate consulting career.
