Janice Cunningham Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Educational Administration

NAPPANEE, IN, January 18, 2012 /United States PR News/ -- Janice Cunningham has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in educational administration.
Ms. Cunningham has honed her skills in project management and operations throughout her career. She has spent the last 15 years of her career in education, working primarily with adult students who wish to complete their degrees. In her most recent post at Indiana Tech, Ms. Cunningham served as an operations manager and adjunct professor. She was in charge of four offices, handled facility management, and created course scheduling each year. She also worked with all adjunct professors, placing them in courses, mentoring them, sending out their contracts, managing their files, and assisting them with course materials. She also was a student advisor to the many adult students in the northwest region.
Prior to transitioning to the field of education, Ms. Cunningham worked in health care for 15 years; she wanted to see if there was another field in which she could use her skills. She attributes the success of her cumulative 30 years of professional experience to the fact that both her undergraduate and graduate degrees positioned her for jobs that required multitasking. In 1975, Ms. Cunningham earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Ball State University. She went on to graduate with honors from Indiana University South Bend in 1990 with a Master of Public Administration. In the near future, Ms. Cunningham hopes to attain a challenging position that will utilize her skill set. She is seeking a position which will utilize her talents in management, project/operations management, training and development and/or social work.
